Refund Policy

*This policy applies to purchases of trelic trading app licenses or subscriptions made directly from trelic It does not apply to costs charged by third parties.*

1. 14-Day Refund Window

If you purchased a license or subscription for the Software, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, for any reason. Email bef851@gmail.com from the address used at purchase with your order details.

2. Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; your access continues through the end of the paid period. Except for the 14-day window above, partial periods are not refunded.

3. What Is Not Refundable

  • Trading losses. Refunds cover software fees only. Losses (or gains) in your brokerage account belong to you — see the Risk Disclosure Statement.
  • Third-party costs. Anthropic API usage, brokerage fees, market-data fees, and similar third-party charges are billed by those providers and are not refundable by us.
  • Purchases through app stores or resellers, which follow that platform's refund policy.
  • 4. Abuse

    We may decline refunds where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused (for example, repeated purchase-refund cycles).

    5. Processing

    Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
